Pasta carbonara

Ingredients:

200 g seedless prunes
100 g cream cheese
100 g cream cheese
100 g walnuts
100 g bacon cut into strips
2 tbsp. honey
fresh thyme for decoration
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the prunes lengthwise so they are halves.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and cream-cheese until smooth.
Fill the prune halves with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each prune half in a strip of bacon, attaching it with a toothpick.
Place the bacon-wrapped prunes on a baking tray, brush them with honey.
Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the bacon is crispy.
Serve the prunes in bacon hot, garnished with fresh thyme.
